City of Lytle issued the following announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee of the City of Lytle will hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber of the City of Lytle City Hall, 14916 Main Street at 6:30 p.m., February 24, 2020. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of the land use assumptions and a capital improvement plan and the imposition of an impact fee. The amount of the proposed impact fee per service unit for water is projected to not exceed a maximum of $1,094.16 for water and the impact fee per service unit for sewer is projected to not exceed a maximum of $1,660.59. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the updates and corresponding ordinance. The Capital Improvements Advisory Committee shall file its written comments on the proposed amendments to the land use assumptions, capital improvements plan, and impact fee at least six business days before March 9, 2020.
The City of Lytle City Council will hold a public hearing to consider this matter on March 9, 2020 at the Council Chamber of the City of Lytle City Hall, 14916 Main Street, Lytle, Texas 78052-0743, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of an impact fee. Any member of the public has the right to appear at the hearing and present evidence for or against the update.
The land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan, including the amount of any proposed amended impact fee per service unit, is available for review by the public at Lytle City Hall.
