The 16th annual Doing Good on the Green golf tournament to benefit the San Antonio and New Braunfels food banks is still accepting registrations and sponsorships.
Every dollar raised from the tournaments will go toward providing meals for local households in need around the community, according to the San Antonio Food Bank.
Individual entries for the tournament are $300 and teams of four players are $1,200, according to the post. Sponsorship opportunities begin at $250.
The tournament is scheduled to start at 7 a.m. on Oct. 6 with registration. The first tee time is at 8:15 a.m., with lunch at 1 p.m., and awards will be distributed after the tournament concludes at 2 p.m.
This year’s tournament is being conducted at the exclusive Oaks course at TPC San Antonio, 2308 Resort Parkway. Participants can register on the San Antonio Food Bank website.
