    Holiday Card Design Scholarship Competition

    Grand Prize: $500 Scholarship

    Competition opens October 9, 2020

    Competition ends November 6, 2020

    ELIGIBILITY AND PROCEDURE:

    • Design the “President’s Annual Holiday Card” for San Antonio College.
    • The competition is open to all currently enrolled students of San Antonio College.
    • A Scholarship of $500 (for the 2020-2021 academic year) will be awarded to the winning entry.
    • Scholarship recipient will be recognized at the President’s College Executive Team meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2020.
    • The scholarship recipient will receive design credit.
    • The Alamo Colleges will retain exclusive reproduction rights to the ecard design.
  • SPECIFICATIONS:
    • The digital card size is 1920 x 1080 px.
    • Entries may be executed in any medium such as Photoshop, Premiere or After Effects.
    • Must provide hi-resolution file in jpg, animated .gif or .mp4 format.
    • Copyrighted music is not allowed.
    • Multiple entries are accepted.
    • Official SAC logos used may be found here.
  • DEADLINES:
    • Submit no later than Friday, November 6, 2020 to sdavis35@alamo.edu.
    • The winning entry will be notified by phone and email on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.
    • Non-winning entries will be notified by phone and email on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

  • SUBMISSIONS:

    • Submissions must be emailed to sdavis35@alamo.edu
    • Each entry must have:
      • a completed Submission form entry
      • an attached file (or link to a file) in the specified formats
      • link to source files with all assets used
