Maverick County Hospital District issued the following announcement.
Ryan White Program Collaborates with the United States Border Patrol’s Eagle Pass Stations
Each year, the United States Border Patrol Stations select programs with children in need so that agents can assist those children with Christmas gifts through the Angel Tree Program.
This year, the agent’s generosity benefited the children of the Ryan White Program patients. The Border Patrol Agents of both Eagle Pass stations not only risk their lives protecting this great nation but they also volunteer time and money to the children of Eagle Pass with this year being no different.
The Ryan White Program is operated through Maverick County Hospital District and helps patients who have been diagnosed with HIV and/or AIDS. Ryan White assists with Medical, Mental Health, Psychosocial and Support system needs for the patients.
Maverick County Hospital District and the Ryan White Program extend heartfelt thanks to the agents of the Eagle Pass Border Patrol stations for their dedication, hard work and generosity.
